For what purpose do we process personal data: – in order to present our offer based on your consent or your inquiry (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR); – in order to enter a foreign language course on the list of participants based on your interest in our offer (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR); – for analytical purposes, i.e. selection of the appropriate language course to your needs and your level;
– in order to evaluate the costs of the translation services provided by our company (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
– in order to optimize our services based on your comments on them (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR); – for direct marketing, including analysis of archival advertising campaigns. – in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
What data do we process? We will process the following categories of your data. Providing these data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of our educational and translation services: a) identification data: name, surname, address, contact telephone number, email address, disclosure name
c) other data that you provide to us for the purpose of performing the valuation and translation services
How long do we process personal data:
Depending on the purpose of processing, personal data will be stored
For the duration of the contract and after its termination in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, i.e. for the duration of the course or the translation service
For a time consistent with applicable law
And in the case of legally justified purposes of the Administrator, including direct sales and marketing, until the data subject withdraws the consent.
Who do we entrust and share personal data with:
The obtained personal data may be made available only to our subcontractors, i.e. entities with whom we cooperate. Your data is processed only to the extent agreed with us. Our subcontractors are other language schools, teachers employed or running a business with whom we cooperate and translation offices.
We can entrust personal data for processing on our behalf to entities that provide support services for us, e.g. hosted websites, sending a newsletter, providing accounting services, legal services, servicing our IT systems.
The rights of the person whose data we process:
A natural person has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent
